More about Fez

In June 2016 Fez is abseiling down Guildford Cathedral for a charity called "The Vine"which is dedicated to helping the homeless and vulnerable adults.  It provides many  services including Job Clubs, Help with Benefits, Forms of Occupational Therapy (for example, Art Clubs), and many other things we take for granted - showers, laundry facilities, a hot meal, and breakfast plus snacks, coffee, tea etc. and the GASP program which is dedicated to helping clients to overcome addictions.

Twice awarded "Entertainer of the Year", Fez started his career at the holiday camps before moving on to work with radio and tv. He is also active in two magic clubs and has helped to run a magic convention.


He's been a guest act on Radio 2's Dermot O'Leary's Saturday Club, and starred in "Magicians in Love" which was broadcast over a six week period on the BBC during the Johnny Vaughan "Live at Johnny's" show


He has appeared in a collection of other tv shows, including "Casualty" "Only Fools & Horses" "House of Eliott" "Trainer" "Judge John Deed" "Cello" to name just a few.


Late 2015 Fez attended his first film premiere, having written the music for the movie "Out and about"

In addition to tv and radio appearances, Fez has also :

  • appeared with the Hertford Symphony Orchestra,
  • written shows for Haven holidays (including the "Time Travellers" and "Merlin" shows)
  • Produced 3 CD music albums : "The Time Traveller" "The wand from the Wormhole" and "Amnesiac Stochastic" 
  • has a publishing contract with a record company
  • Has recieved credit for his music on the audio book "Secret Star" by Lee Carroll
  • recieved various awards and honours - from Award of recognition for voluntary work to being presented to Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace
  • Wrote his first book "The War dream" at the age of ten and his first work "Fireworks" published when he was nine.
  • Although he has been professional since 1979, Fez spent the previous ten years preparing for his career as a children's entertainer.
  • Fez is also a committe member of the Farnborough Association of Magical Entertainers, and writes their monthly newsletter "Famulus.  He's also active with the Surrey Society of Magicians each year with their annual dinner.
